At Performance Elastomers, our goal is

Some applications require specific material or application verification such
as:
– Chemical and physical chemistry
tests
– Tests for resistance to salt spray, staining, and degradation under UV exposure
– End product final fit testing for functionality and total customer satisfaction
Our operators continuously verify our organic and silicone rubber extrusions
for:
– Durometer and material quality
– Critical dimensions using calipers and go/no-go gauges
– Visual inspection of finished product
Work instructions and lessons learned from years of experience are utilized during
every step of our operation – from reverse engineering, through die check, to
sample and production.
