Exceeding the requirements of our customers

Performance Elastomers Corporation is a custom extruder of organic and silicone rubbers.

We extrude from all common compounds, and work with select compounding vendor-partners to:

– Develop special material formulations to meet emerging requirements
– Provide competitive pricing
– Focus on special niche expertise capabilities
– Leverage supply base expertise in customer R&D efforts

We use continuous salt bath and microwave curing
Sponge profiles in both organic and silicone formulations
Dense profiles from 1/16th inch to 8 inches in cross sectional widths.

We maintain incredible profile integrity, dimensional stability and tolerances meeting

international standards
Precision cut lengths down to 1/2 inch (6.35 mm) in length
Class I RMA tolerances
Expertise and high satisfaction level on difficult sponge profile.
