Your Application Drives Our Process
Sponge or dense, organic or silicone, we help you fill the gap. In addition
to our broad extrusion experience, we offer value-added services such
as industry leading adhesives including 3M HATS and many of the top
performing PSA’s (pressure sensitive adhesives) from several well known
sources. Custom rubber extrusion is what we do.
Organic or Silicone
We meet your design requirements in a wide range of materials and performance
characteristics to include dimensional, color and performance properties.
Resistance to UV, temperature extremes and other application conditions
help us determine what is right for you.
Sponge or Dense Compounds
Performance Elastomers has an uncommon grasp of extruding both dense
and sponge materials. We will gladly provide whatever your custom application
calls for – sponge extrusion is our specialty, but dense materials
up to 8 inches are well within our range.
Secondary Processes
In addition to numerous adhesive
systems, we also offer a wide selection of secondary processes such as
precision cutting, drilling, splicing, vulcanizing and slip coating.
Our goal is to deliver a finished extruded rubber product that meets
your needs; plain and simple.
Sizes and Shapes
Our custom products range from 1/16 inch cords to 8+ inch profiles and
nearly everything in between. As a customer driven job shop, we work
with you and not from a catalog.
