Performance Elastomers' methodical growth plan is to begin
service to an industry, super-perform on our promises, and ensure that the relationships we develop are as responsive and productive as possible. Our "on the line" knowledge offers an opportunity for design and production engineers to beat the competition to the market with better products – often at lower price points.

We have applied this approach since beginning custom rubber extrusion operations in 1992, sharing space with another company in Lordstown, Ohio. In less than two years, increased business mandated a move to a dedicated facility in Ravenna and the hiring of employees. This process was repeated in 1999, when we acquired property and began construction of our own building - more than doubling our space. This decision prepares us for a fourth extrusion line, added complementary operations, and an improved fulfillment capability.
